Phil & Heather have been supplying hunter hirelings on Exmoor since 2002 for the Staghounds & neighbouring Foxhound packs.
We run a no frills no fuss yard, our horses are all seasoned hunters. All our horses are turned out to a high standard & range from 15hh to 17.2hh. We also offer a full hunter livery service, transport provided, clipping, plaiting, exercising etc. During the summer months a limited number of our horses can be hired for escorted rides from our yard for experienced riders only, no road work.

Liz Matthews at Exmoor Hirelings offers the complete hunter hireling package. Your horse will be delivered to the meet, or will be ready for you to ride out from the farm if the meet is local. Brendon Hill Stallions
The Stud at Brendon Hill originated with the breeding of tough, sound horses for the hunting field. With the arrival of stallion, Ben Faerie, the stud then became responsible for the breeding of many successful Advanced event horses and two Olympic contenders. Priceless was obviously the most famous of the stud’s horses, with his Olympic bronze medal and World Championship win, as well as winning Badminton and Burghley. SEE WEBSITE

Listings on the visitors page (title, two line description and mandatory link to website) are available at a cost of £25 per annum. For the seasons 2018/9 and 2019/20, pre-existing advertisers will have their listings provided FOC.

Advertising on the home page and the diary page is available. On the home page, a side banner is available at a cost of £450 which commences at the end of the season and runs for 12 months. A banner advert is also available at a cost of £550 for the same duration. Exclusivity on the home page carries a surcharge of 100% in addition to the two banner rates above. On the diary page, an additional side banner is available. The rates for the diary page are 50% of the home page and on the same basis as the home page.
